This agreement, between MORGAN BALAVAGE (herein named as COACH) and the above named CLIENT, for Empowered Abundance coaching program beginning upon the first scheduled session will continue for 24 weeks.
Either party reserves the right to exercise the option to pause coaching on a monthly basis at a time within 9 months of the beginning of the contract. (For example, If the contract begins in January and the CLIENT wishes to take 1 month off, the client will have until November to complete the contract).
The fee for 6 months of coaching is $5,982, payable in 6 monthly payments of $997. The fee covers the unlimited coaching sessions as detailed below plus unlimited email, text, and messenger support, as well as access to Art of Abundance meetings. Please note that the COACH may require up to 72 hours in order to respond to emails and texts.
Unlimited coaching entitles CLIENT to scheduling 30 min phone call coaching sessions during regular office hours (Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm PST excluding major bank holidays) through a provided calendar link, subject to reasonable availability.
If CLIENT prefers a Zoom session, CLIENT will contact COACH a minimum of 24 hours to request.
If CLIENT requires coaching outside of this schedule, CLIENT may text COACH for availability and sessions will be scheduled at COACH'S discretion. COACH advises CLIENT to schedule a minimum of 1 coaching session per week. There are no make-up weeks if this minimum is not met.
The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH is business coaching, as designed jointly with the CLIENT. Coaching, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the CLIENT's life or profession.
Coaching services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training.
The COACH and all representatives of COMPANY promise that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
Throughout our coaching relationship, the COACH will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking explicit questions, making requests and serving as a business consultant offering explicit advice and direction. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her own intentions, and coach him/ her to realize them.
In order for our coaching relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:
- Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify the COACH in advance. If you will miss an appointment, notify the COACH at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours notice will only be rescheduled at the COACH’s discretion.
- Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.
- Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.
- Understand that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by you, and commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that coaching is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the relationship.
- CLIENT commits to utilizing coaching services as often as will be helpful and trusts COACH's ability to maintain professional boundaries.
5 The CLIENT's acknowledgment on this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided. The CLIENT also acknowledges that the COACH cannot and does not offer any guarantees about results gained through the coaching process. The CLIENT’S success is strictly dependent on the CLIENT’S unique skills, circumstances, motivation, follow through, and perseverance. The CLIENT and COACH both acknowledge that this contract is binding. No refunds will be granted for any reason whatsoever. Either party may cancel the coaching relationship within 21 days of the beginning of the contract.
